A highly respected industry veteran, Ged has been developing outdoor media solutions for more than 35 years. Having worked for many high profile out-of-home media companies in senior sales, marketing and management roles, today Ged channels his experience into TOM to help brands, media buyers and landowners make the most of outdoor media.
Ged oversees business modelling, design, master planning, construction, occupational health and safety and sales infrastructure at TOM, with a unique understanding of market conditions and commercial realities.
Michael Buxton has over 40 years of experience in the property industry, beginning with property management and sales in his family’s business, JR Buxton Pty Ltd. In 1976, Michael co-founded Becton Corporation, and in 1994 he launched MAB Corporation which develops key sites in metropolitan and regional Victoria.
As the Chairman of TOM, Michael oversees the company’s strategy with clear and practical direction. His innate sense of vision and invaluable experience ensures TOM continues to provide value to its partners in an ever-evolving landscape.
Heidi is a true media sales professional with over 20 years of experience across multiple media platforms. She prides herself not only on unique knowledge of the Victorian regional media landscape but also her exceptional customer service.
As an experienced sales strategist, Heidi’s roles in regional TV, radio and out-of-home provide a tailored and hands-on approach to media placement. Every campaign enables TOM’s varied client base maximum coverage with an innovative results-driven approach.
Previously TOM’s Operations Manager, Lucille now performs a valued Sales role at TOM. Working alongside TOM’s highly experienced Sales Director – Heidi Lawrie, Lucille works across a broad range of Melbourne media agencies as well as a state wide direct clientele. Lucille’s infectious enthusiasm has created great traction from Operations to Sales for both the TOM client base and internal team.
With a background in sales, commercial / residential construction and health & beauty, Inese brings a diverse and dynamic skill set to the TOM Team. As Operations Coordinator at TOM, Inese is responsible for the many facets of OOH production and logistics, ensuring that all TOM campaign run smoothly and seamlessly from order and upload.

One of Australia’s leading brand communications and marketing consultants, Ben has spent over 20 years in marketing and communications. As the founding member of Grenade and recipient of several national design awards, Ben has an innate knowledge of design, strategy and business.
Currently a board member and director of private equity provider Corsair Investment Management, Ben also brings a strong business acumen to the TOM team.
